Astrid Vonhoff(阿斯特.冯.霍夫)女士来自于德国首都柏林，柏林洪堡大学医学护理专业和社会管理学硕士，法兰克福欧洲大学传播学专业博士，主要从事多元化护理培训及招募外国技术人才赴德。曾先后担任德国多个护理机构常务董事， 2013年开始Vonhoff教授的UBG公司成为针对东欧和中国的国际护士招募中心，并于2015年成立了德中护理协会，先后已经成功引进300名左右中国护士赴德工作, Vonhoff女士被国内多所学校聘为名誉教授和客座教授。

Lady Astrid Vonhoff is from Berlin, the capital of Germany, she has a master’s degree of medical nursing major and social management of Humboldt University of Berlin, she is a PhD of Communication Studies of European University of Frankfurt, she is mainly engaged in diversified nursing training and recruiting foreign technical talents to Germany. She has been successively been the routine directors of many nursing institution of Germany, since 2013 UBG Company of Professor Vonhoff has become the recruiting centre of international nurses from Eastern Europe and China, and Germany-Chinese Nursing Association was founded in 2015, it has successfully introduced around 300 Chinese nurses to go to work in Germany, Lady Vonhoff has been employed as honorary professors and client professors in many schools in China.
